Leavenworth Spanish wants to make sure its students enjoy their classes. If you sign up for a series, you can cancel after the first class and receive a refund for all remaining classes in the series.
If the class is canceled by the instructor, a makeup day will either be offered or a refund for the class will be offered in the form of either cash or a credit toward future classes.
If you paid via credit card or paypal, your refund will not include the additional fee incurred for using these payment methods on the website.
The amount refunded for a canceled class is based on the price of the class and the number of classes in the series, minus the credit card or paypal processing fee. For instance, if the series costs $150 and there are 8 classes in the session, the refunded total for one class would be $150/8=$18.75. If you paid via credit card or paypal, your total would have been about $155.58. Your refunded amount would still be based on the $150 base price.
