Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to recognize basic vocabulary related to the medical field and anatomy. They will have a better understanding of the cultural differences that may arise during treatment and be able to better understand and speak basic Spanish related to their profession.

This course is worth 6 hours.

Each type of medical provider has slightly differing continuing education requirements. There is no process to get a class approved for continuing education for most specialties within Washington State. Instead, the course must provide applicable information that is directly related to the specialty and provide a certificate of completion that shows the provider completed the course. Upon completing this course, you will receive a certificate of completion via email that meets those requirements.
