Carol Neri

Carol is a Mexican native speaker with a degree in Business Administration from the National Autonomous University of Mexico. She has 20 years of experience teaching, translating, transcribing and interpreting English and Spanish in private schools in Mexico and in the U.S. She has worked as a linguistic project manager for companies such as Google, Facebook and WhatsApp. She has also practiced her profession as an administrative assistant in language schools such as Lionbridge. In addition to teaching adult classes for Leavenworth Spanish and helping review our curriculum for accuracy, she also works as a translator and book editor. Carol’s greatest passion has always been teaching languages.


Ileana Moguel

Ileana helps Leavenworth Spanish with translation and interpretation projects and also runs our social media profiles. She is a freelance translator with a degree in Economics from the Autonomous University of Campeche, Mexico.


With 20+ years experience as an ESL teacher, Ileana has worked as a full time freelance translator since 2014 . Her three main languages are English, Spanish and Turkish, and she loves learning about new cultures and new languages.





Kiera Kenoyer

Kiera studied at Washington State University and earned Bachelor degrees in Elementary Education and Foreign Languages and Literature. Her coursework included a study abroad experience in Spain. Kiera worked as an elementary educator in the valley for five years, using Spanish daily to communicate with Spanish-speaking families.
She now designs curriculum and regularly teaches classes for Leavenworth Spanish. Kiera is passionate about language learning as a means to connect individuals in our community. 







Morgan Fraser

Morgan Fraser is a North Central Washington native and has lived in Spain, Mexico, and Panama, among other countries. Morgan earned a B.A. of Foreign Languages and Literature from Washington State University.

Morgan is the founder of Leavenworth Spanish. She’s been teaching kids and adults in North Central Washington since 2015.
